Depending on your state, the interest free promotion will be listed in one of two places. It will either be on the last page of the retail installment contract under "Promotional Period Offer" or on the Addendum to the retail installment contract. Having trouble locating it? Monthly statements will be sent approximately 15 days before each payment is due by US Mail.

We will create your billing account after the installation work is complete. Your first payment will be due 30 days after the installation is complete, and your first monthly statement will arrive approximately 18 days after the work is completed. It will arrive by US Mail.

We offer a variety of financing programs, including: No Interest, Deferred Interest, and Long Term Installment which provide low monthly payments. Please check with your dealer regarding a specific financing program.

If your loan has a Promotional Period Offer, the box will be checked that states the Promotional Period Offer applies. The Offer outlines the terms and conditions of the loan. Please read and understand the Promotional Period Offer before signing your loan documents.

Once the work is complete and the dealer is paid, you cannot add additional money to the loan. You will need to apply for a new loan.

No. This is an installment loan, not a revolving line of credit. It is for a fixed finance amount with a fixed term.

Once the work is complete, you will authorize the payment to the dealer. Service Finance will send the money directly to the dealer's account using ACH (Automated Clearing House.)
