One Call Program

The strategic alliance between SFC and GE Money forms a powerful team of credit professionals ready to serve all of your customers from A-Z. The power starts when your representative makes the first call to GE and is hot-switched (phone transferred) to SFC for a credit review to determine if the borrower meets the current guidelines for an installment contract with a fixed rate and fixed term. Your representative simply re-reads the information on the credit application and SFC will render a credit decision within 5 minutes. Upon approval, we will forward the pre-populated loan documents via email or fax.

ONE CALL FAQ

1. What is the “One Call” program?
a. The One Call program allows SFC to review credit applications for customers who do not meet the current underwriting guidelines for revolving credit.

2. What approval rates can we expect?
a. SFC’s historical approval rate exceeds 50%

3.Do I need to be enrolled with GE Money and Service Finance to participate in the One Call  program? 
a. Yes- Enroll with SFC by visiting www.svcfin.com or call (866) 254-0497
b. Enroll with GE Money by visiting www.GEmoney.com

4. Do I need to re-read the customer information to SFC if I already phoned to GE Money?
a. Yes- You will need to re-read the application to SFC.

5. Do I need to fill out another credit application?
a. No-The GE Money application has language contained therein authorizing SFC to pull the customer’s credit.

6. How long will it take to receive a credit decision?
a. Average time is 5-7 minutes

7. How will I receive the documents?
a. SFC will send the pre-populated documents via fax or email so there is no paperwork for you to fill out.

8. How long will it take to get funded?
a. Electronic Funding weekly, with receipt of completed and verified paperwork.

9. Do I need forms such as credit applications or retail installment contracts?
a. No

10. Are there discounts associated with using SFC?
a. Yes- approved applications have a typical discount of 15%. The discounts range from 5% to 20%.

11. What are the loan amounts SFC will consider?
a. $500-$10,000

12. How long will SFC finance a customer?
a. The term of the loans range from 6 months to 84 months

13. Are there any pre-payment penalties associated with SFC’s program?
